Alrighty, here we go, starting the week right. I'd actually like to
dedicate today's comic to Loren, for pointing out that I needed to draw
one. By the same token, I should dedicate last week's comic to Zack,
for reminding me to draw one at all. Thanks guys, it's good to know
you care. :^)

So I saw The
Girl in the Cafe last week. It was a pretty good movie, considering
I had never heard of it before the night I saw it. It's kind of a romance
story intertwined with a political commentary about how in the world,
every three seconds a child dies of extreme poverty. Interesting stuff.
A film by british people.
I also saw Fun
with Dick and Jane for the first time. I was actually very impressed,
I thought the movie was going to be stupid as hell, and while I do admit
that it was a little painful somewhere in the middle, they did a really
good job of justifying everything. The film actually had a plot, I was
impressed. Good times. (Fun Fact: this movie is a remake.)
And of course, I also saw Team
America: World Police. And for the first time, I actually saw it
SOBER! And you know what? It was STILL FUNNY! The flick actually gets
funnier each time you see it, possibly the greatest bad movie ever made.
If you haven't seen it before, do so now. It's worth it just for the
puppet sex. Ah... this was a good week for movies. -Lars
