          The Chase is on?

Well SOMEBODY has to do all the work.

Okay so like I talked about movies last week and today I wanna mention a couple things that I forgot to mention last week. Mainly a couple of previews that caught my eye. Specifically, WALL-E and Bee Movie.

Now Bee Movie you've probably already seen previews for, as they've been playing for a little bit... basically there's some bee and he's voiced by Seinfeld and he does... stuff. Frankly it looks like another Antz, and while I did enjoy Antz okay, (about the same as I enjoyed Bugs Life, which isn't saying much since that's my least favorite Pixar movie,) I don't really think the world needs another type of that movie. And the chances of Seinfeld's comedy translating well to the animated film format seem dubious at best.

WALL-E however, has me excited. Pixar has brought us (and I do this mainly to refresh my own memory,) Toy Story, Bugs Life, Monsters Inc, Toy Story 2, Finding Nemo, Incredibles, Cars, and most recently Ratatouille. Their ninth film will be WALL-E. I won't try to describe the movie, but the link will lead you to the teaser preview. Suffice to say it got me excited. But you all know how much I love robots.

Hilariously, if you bothered to check the third trailer on the Bee Movie website, you'll notice that they both grabbed some of the same music for their trailers. (I assume it's something public domain? I dunno I don't know music, that's why I draw.) The movies are opening several months apart so hopefully not too many people will think Pixar is using the music again too soon, but these previews are being released basically at the same time and I gotta say, coincidences like these just crack me up.
