Oh man. Boy is my face red. I got all ahead on the comics last week and I was actually able to update remotely, but then I didn't get a comic up on Friday cuz I was so tired and I had lunch plans with some people and then I had to go to Las Vegas. If I hadn't had to go I would have put a comic up, even if it was late in the day. But still, now we know the remote update can be done, so we'll try that again this week and then hopefully get the Friday comic up too. So not a total loss.

Vegas was cool. It turns out that if you pound Bailey's Irish Cream all night, you'll spend the next morning giving birth to the apocalypse. While sitting on the toilet. Y'know, in case you didn't get my implication. But yeah being drunk is fun. Making bets with drunk friends about the cup-size of your waitress is also fun. I should stop talking.

Oh man, also, and honestly nobody on earth is going to care about this, but I bought the most obnoxious t-shirt ever. It's like too small for me, it's like a child's large, I can barely get it on. The entire t-shirt is yellow, it's SpongeBob's face, and the caption reads "WHATEVER DUDE." And then it says Las Vegas. So not only is it obnoxiously small, it's obnoxiously SpongeBob, the "Las Vegas" printed on it is obnoxiously touristy, and holy crap, it says "WHATEVER DUDE" on it, which is a somewhat obnoxious thing by itself, but also, SpongeBob would NEVER say "whatever" and he would NEVER say "dude." So on top of all of this obnoxiousness, the t-shirt itself betrays a complete lack of familiarity with the character on the part of the t-shirt's creators. Unbelievable.

Las Vegas is not hip. It only pretends to be hip enough to sell that image to tourists. As evidence I submit also that the SpongeBob statue outside of the SpongeBob 4-D ride has no buckteeth, and that they spelled "cowabunga" as "cowabonga" in some scrolling text supporting the Simpsons Movie, which I still have to see. Honestly, if these people were cool they would catch mistakes like this. Try turning on a TV once in a while. Geez.
